The time is upon us to speak directly, openly, and genuinely about
mental health and suicide prevention.

The old way hasn't been working and those that influence us, I believe, are doing so at too slow of a rate and through ineffective channels. We must begin to rapidly shift our understanding that combating stigma is only for a chosen few. Instead, if done properly, suicide prevention is for everybody. Conversations between the diagnosed and those who help the diagnosed creates a collaborative alliance needed to bring about this new awareness, education and understanding.

Let’s help each other, one story at a time.
